Common Questions

Quick answers to questions we hear most often.

Every listing on our platform has been verified at the Lands Registry office before going live. We confirm the owner's name, plot number, and any encumbrances. You can also request to see the original title document before signing anything.
Absolutely. We encourage all buyers and tenants to visit the property in person. Simply contact us via the form or WhatsApp and we will schedule a visit at a time that suits you — at no extra charge.
You will need a valid national ID or passport. We handle all the transfer forms and guide you through the Lands Registry process. For mailo or freehold titles, the transfer is registered at the relevant Lands Office on your behalf.
Our commission is transparent and agreed upfront before any transaction. For land sales it is typically a small percentage of the sale price paid by the seller. For rentals, one month's rent is the standard agency fee, paid once on lease signing.
Yes — we operate across all districts of Uganda. From Kampala, Wakiso, and Entebbe in the Central Region to Mbarara, Kabale, and Kasese in the West; Mbale, Jinja, and Tororo in the East; and Gulu, Lira, Arua, and more in the North. Contact us for any district.
For a straightforward freehold or mailo transfer, the process typically takes 3–6 weeks from agreement to registration, depending on the Lands Registry workload. We manage the entire process on your behalf and keep you updated at every stage.
